I think its safe to say that most of go to Red Lobster to have the complimentary cheddar bay biscuits. Yes? No? Maybe? I think yes... Besides the variety of seafood options they have, these savory biscuits are the #1 hit there. I personally can eat an unlimited amount, and I hope its the same for you as well, because I don't want to be the only fat a** admitting to that. Try my easy recipe at home, because they are way easier to make from scratch than you may think.

BUTTER TOPPING:

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
2. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.
3. In another bowl, whisk together buttermilk and melted butter. Pour mixture over dry ingredients and stir using a rubber spatula just until moist.
4. Gently fold in cheese.
5. Using a 1/4-cup measuring cup, scoop the batter evenly onto the prepared baking sheet. Place into oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
